Though experts are still unsure of the exact causes of this tragic phenomenon, safe sleep practices have helped to drastically lower infant death over the years. This coaching package offers a personalised at-home session to help you navigate your baby's precious sleep with knowledge and care. You'll learn about your baby's anatomy, their wake- and sleep needs, crucial do's and dont's, how to manage sleep cycles and last but not least: arranging a safe sleep environment.
